Knit: Grey & Mint Headband

Ever since I learned the linen stitch last winter, I’ve been eager to work it into another project. Low and behold, I created another headband. With fall quickly approaching, I’m back in the knitting game and excited for some cooler weather (I’ll regret saying that come December).

This summer I hoarded a lot of yarn at a warehouse near the cottage my family rents, including the two used in this project. Mint has been a trendy colour for a while now and it seems to still be going strong, and grey is my favourite shade, so I combo’d the two.

This patchy headband is one of my favourite creations thus far. Truthfully, when actually wearing it, it’s probably not everyone’s cup of tea. I like representing my lifestyle wherever I go, so the crafty look doesn’t bother me. It would also look just as nice with alternating solid colours, stripes all the way through or one solid band—feel free to mix it up!
