Crochet: Cozy Mittens

So today is kind of crummy, which means it’s the perfect day for a quick blog post. I’ve been in kind of a crafting rut lately. I think it has something to do with the fact that I’ve exhausted all of my standard projects. And when I say exhausted, I mean exhausted. Case in point these mittens:

I love them, and they are SO cozy, but I have already crocheted three pairs. Yeah, three. Also, the Seattle beanie from last post? It makes another appearance–this time in grey:

Ah, all complaining aside, these projects come together very quickly and I am always happy with the result. Since the mittens are new on this blog, I’ll link the pattern here from interUnet. There’s also an accompanying YouTube video that makes things a whole lot easier for beginners (like me). I followed it very closely for this pair and switched it up for the others. After that big production I just put on, I think I’m going to make another pair today–it is a crummy day, after all.

Happy crocheting!
